Curated by You. Carried Through by Me.

Wedding + Event Management
Serving San Francisco + Bay Area

You’ve done the planning. Now you need someone to own the execution.

I step in to manage your vendor team, direct the timeline, and handle every detail behind the scenes so you can stay fully present instead of managing the logistics.

When the big day arrives, you shouldn't be the one holding the timeline. I am.

Someone Has To Run The Show
(and it shouldn’t be you).

You’ve checked every box.

Vendors vetted ✓

You’re all set—except for one thing: someone still needs to run the show.

The day shouldn’t fall on a bridesmaid, a friend, or a well-meaning relative (and let’s be honest, Aunt Esther should be at the bar, not directing the service staff).

Here’s what I handle while you celebrate:

Synchronizing the Team
Managing arrivals, timing, and communication so every vendor is working from one clear plan.

Guiding the Momentum
Keeping transitions smooth so the day flows naturally from one moment to the next.

Protecting Your Time
Serving as the point person for logistics so you’re never pulled away from the experience.

Handling the Unexpected
Resolving issues quietly before they ever reach you.

Running the Timeline
Keeping the day on track so every key moment happens when it’s supposed to.

You’ve curated the day.
I protect the vibe.

Different guest lists. Same vibe.

You planned the celebration. I make sure it actually happens that way. Vendor team aligned, timeline directed, every detail handled so you can be nowhere but the dance floor.

Parties + Events

Rehearsal dinners, milestone celebrations, and select gatherings. Event coordination for occasions that require structure, timing, and a clear point of direction.

Limited availability.

The Person Behind the Curtain.

Hi, I’m Gia—Wedding Day Manager and Event Producer for the San Francisco Symphony.

In that role, I produce large-scale fundraising events where precision, timing, and guest experience are everything. I bring that same level of logistical mastery and calm execution directly to every celebration I manage.

The Receipts.

  • “Gia truly over-delivered on our wedding day, anticipating our needs and solving problems before we even knew they existed. She even went the extra mile to create additional signage the night before when she noticed a few gaps we hadn't thought of. I was able to simply sit back and soak in the joy of the day."

  • "Gia went above and beyond with her help. Her prior work experiences have shaped her into being one of the closest and helpful people we worked with for the wedding".
